Let’s Roll for Chances

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Leonie, Margaret, and Karen, one of our dedicated volunteers at Chances House, for organising a truly wonderful fundraising event at Ocean’s International in Mackay. The morning was enriched with inspiring stories highlighting the impactful charitable work being done both locally and globally to assist those in need. It was delightful to see approximately 55 remarkable women in attendance, many of whom are part of the doTERRA community, which fosters connections and friendships through the world of essential oils.

Leonie, a dedicated doTERRA representative with 14 years of experience, presented an inspiring overview of the remarkable accomplishments of doTERRA through their social impact initiative, doTERRA Healing Hands. She was joined by Kayleigh Brewster, CEO, and Lisa Merrett, Project and Fundraising Coordinator from Chances House, who shared insights about the positive impact of Chances House in offering a unique and compassionate service to individuals experiencing homelessness.

The hands-on activity for the morning involved creating a Roller Blend of essential oils that will be generously donated to the clients of Chances House, a not for profit drop in service for people experiencing homelessness in Mackay.

We are pleased to share that all proceeds raised by the local doTERRA community will be matched by the Healing Hands Foundation and donated to Chances House. Chances is a not-for-profit organisation that heavily depends on the generosity of local supporters to provide meals and services. We look forward to keeping you informed once the final tally has been calculated.
